This is a most common type of massage used for relaxation. Our therapists use long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion. Swedish massage therapy can be very gentle and relaxing. If you've never had massage before, this is a good one to try first.
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems or recovery from injury. Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Our therapist uses slower strokes and applies deep pressure using fingers and elbows to apply the pressure.
Prenatal Massage Therapy
Pregnancy massage relieves aches and pain experienced by the women during pregnancy. Pregnancy massage reduces anxiety, joint pain, muscle aches and swelling.
Medical Massage Therapy
Medical massage is prescribed by the doctors or chiropractors to address specific medical condition. Our therapist focus on the areas affected by the medical condition like fibromyalgia and uses various techniques including trigger point therapy and myofacial release to improve the condition. This massage is typically covered by insurance. Please call your insurance company to verify if massage is covered under your health benefits.
Sports Massage Therapy
Sports massage is for athletes where therapist massages the problem area using trigger point, accupressure point, deep tissue and Swedish massage.
Aromatherapy massage uses the special blend of essential oils with the massage. The essential oils along with our Swedish massage are excellent for relaxation and stress relief.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated, smooth lava stones are placed on certain points by our therapist on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body. Hot stone massage is good for people who have muscle tension but prefer lighter massage.
